Based in Oxford, Mungo Dunnett Associates work in the educational and FS markets, and are among the best-known international specialists in retail banking. Our team of 32 financial services experts has worked with most of the main UK banking firms, and has worked extensively in both conventional and Islamic products across Europe and the Middle East. In the UK, we have also worked in the Life/Insurance sector and are the leading consultancy operating in the mortgage sector, where we have dealt with almost all the major lenders and have an extensive client list. Outside the UK, our specialism is working with banks in emerging markets. We are often used for small and cost-effective projects that provide help in exactly the areas where banks need it. We are used by so many organisations because we work extremely fast and have substantial experience of actual implementation. We are often called by banks who have completed a strategic review and need help to implement the findings. Our focus is always on providing practical advice from a standpoint of deep industry expertise, and on providing specific recommendations that allow our clients to move forward profitably. We deliver numerous ‘masterclasses’ around the world, and publish for sale a regular series of ‘best practice’ documents covering the specialisms of financial services, under the title Research White Papers. We also provide specialist training and coaching for retail bank staff, managers and executives under the brand name Oxford Financial Services Training. Through our many discussions with clients, we also became aware of the lack of cost-effective solutions in management information, customer information and sales management systems. Hence the creation of our spin-off company MDA Systems which offers a suite of products called AcquireX to address this issue. Our work also carries us into other sectors requiring immediate operational and commercial impact, notably Higher Education and Independent Schools.![]() OXFORD AND EDINBURGH |
