Background The
school had developed a number of ideas and activities for attracting new pupils,
raising funds and developing new revenue streams from the usage of school
resources The
past approach to marketing and commercial affairs had been somewhat sporadic and
haphazard, and the school recognised that this area needed to be rationalised
and formalised MDA
were asked to evaluate the current and planned activities, and assess both the
way they had been both planned and implemented We
were asked to prioritise these, recommend improvements to them, and recommend
alterations in the way sales and marketing activities were organised, structured
and managed so as to generate revenue more effectively
