Background A Zurich Premiership Rugby Union club The new CEO wanted to explore a number of options to attract new customers, create new season ticket customers, retain existing season ticket holders, evaluate recent marketing activity, and consider the optimal organisational structure to take the Club forward MDA were asked to evaluate these, prioritise them, recommend improvements to them, and recommend alterations in the way sales and marketing activities were organised, structured and managed so as to generate revenue more effectively
